From the estimate to completion the process was transparent, efficient and punctual.  Charles who came out for the demolition did a great job and went over and beyond in helping us demo\/clean the backyard patio. We hired them to remove our above-ground pool. The man we spoke with first (Bill) was very knowledgeable, took his time walking through everything with us, and was very professional. The actual removal itself was done well. The man who did the work for us (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was professional, communicated what he was doing at each stage, when we could expect him back the next day, and so on. I am a blind property owner and unfortunately have had shady experiences with sighted professionals working on my home in the past. We were apprehensive even considering removing our pool but Don and Bill were very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. Sheena was my first point of contact when I called for a quote. She scheduled an appointment with Bill for my estimate. Don Handy came before the work started and explained everything and he himself came out and pressure washed our driveway and helped Brian the contractor clean things up. Brian worked so hard and NEVER complained. They took very good care of the yard and all existing plants etc. The yard looks awesome and the buyer of my home agreed. They did great! The quote I received was all inclusive, it didn't list any specific quantity of dirt for the job, so there was no chance I'd be charged extra if they underestimated the amount of dirt required. I wasn't able to afford the removal until this year, at which point they kept the original contract as well as added smoothing out an old hump in my front yard for no additional cost.\n\nThe removal was delayed due to the pandemic, but Kristie and Don kept me updated as to when they could make it out. Rick and Larry did my removal in 6 days. It would have been completed within 3 days if it didn't keep raining. Rick and Larry were very professional and friendly. They completed the job to my specifications and if I had any input throughout the process, they listened to it and made it happen. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.\n\nThe contract came with a lifetime warranty on sinking, so I don't have to worry of the rain during the removal and filling process results in sinking,
